The teaching materials found on the UK Geographical Association site at http://www.geography.org.uk/projects/planetsport/beijing2008 have been funded, written and compiled as a joint project between the Australian Geography Teachers' Association (AGTA) and the Geographical Association. Each resource comes as a pack complete with teachers' notes and activity sheets. They cover ages 5 to 19 and are split into age-related units.
The project has also compiled three pages of links to websites, journal articles and teaching resources which may be useful for background information and activities.
